Who the Adults Program is for
This program is a great fit if you want a challenging, structured environment and a community that takes training seriously—without the ego.
You want real skill (not random workouts)
You want confidence under pressure and practical self-defense ability
You want discipline and consistency that carries into work and life
You want a room where people train hard, tap early, and respect partners
If you’ve never trained before, start in Fundamentals first—it’s the safest and fastest way to build momentum.
Your path: Fundamentals → Advanced (Co‑ed)
We keep the process simple. Instead of throwing beginners into advanced rounds, we start you with Fundamentals to build the base—then you move into Advanced classes with confidence.
Step 1: Start with Fundamentals (required for beginners)
Learn positions, escapes, and core movements step-by-step
Understand pacing, tapping, and safe partner training
Build the foundation that makes Adult class feel productive (not overwhelming)
Step 2: Transition into Advanced (Co‑ed)
More live training, sharper timing, and deeper technique
A clear standard for behavior, effort, and respect
Consistent coaching so you always know what to work on next
Adult No‑Gi (Co‑ed)
No‑Gi is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the traditional Gi. It’s faster-paced, grip-free, and heavily focused on control, pressure, and athletic movement—while still staying technical and coach-led.
Perfect for wrestlers (former + off‑season)
If you wrestle—or you used to—No‑Gi is a natural fit. The stance, pace, hand-fighting, and scramble awareness feel familiar, and you’ll learn how to connect wrestling strengths (takedowns, top pressure, mat returns) to jiu jitsu control and submissions.
Great for former wrestlers who want a competitive outlet and structured training
Ideal for current wrestlers in the off-season to build movement, conditioning, and mat IQ
Learn how to turn top pressure and rides into reliable control and finishing options
Train in a co-ed, no-ego room with clear partner standards
Try a class and we’ll guide you to Fundamentals or No‑Gi.
Look for No‑Gi times.
What to expect in an Adult class
Warm-up with purpose (movement that supports jiu jitsu)
Technique taught clearly (details, not just “moves”)
Drilling (reps that build confidence)
Situational training + live rounds (intensity matched to experience)
Wrap-up & next focus (so you keep improving week to week)
We train hard, but we prioritize smart training and partner safety—because consistent training beats reckless training.
What you’ll build over time
Confidence that’s earned
You’ll learn how to stay calm, make decisions, and handle pressure.
A stronger body and sharper mind
Better conditioning, coordination, and resilience—without needing to “get fit first.”

A team environment that pushes you forward, even on busy weeks.
