  • Adults (new): Start with Fundamentals (most structured on-ramp).  

  • Adults (experienced): Mix No‑Gi / Intermediate / Advanced with Fundamentals to keep your base sharp.  

  • Kids (3–16): Classes are split by age for safety, focus, and confidence.  

  • Women: Grace and Grit (Women’s Only) meets weekly.

We’ll help you choose the best first class—no guessing.

What to expect (first class)

You’re here to build capability—calm, controlled, and earned.

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get you checked in and oriented.  

  • What to wear: athletic top + shorts/leggings (no zippers). For No‑Gi, wear a rashguard if you have one.  

  • Train smart: you can always slow things down. Coaches help match partners and intensity.  

  • Culture: disciplined, respectful, and focused. No ego. High standards.
