CYCLE 1 (Weeks 1–12) — Guard Attacks + Core Gi Chokes
Week 6 — Loop Choke + Loop DefenseTechniques

Guard / Open Guard / Defense → Loop choke defense (posture + hand fight)
Key cues: “collar deep + elbow tight”; finish by turning the corner, not yanking.
Common mistakes: shallow collar; falling flat; defender leaving head low.
Positional sparring start: seated collar-sleeve with collar already set.
To Win: choke or posture-out + pass attempt.
Full rounds focus rule: Standing start, but once on the ground bottom player must attempt the week’s guard attack first (triangle/loop/omoplata/cross choke, etc.) before switching goals.
