Our community Open Mat is a great opportunity for you to meet with practitioners of the Gentle Art, learn something new, and keep your mental health in check!

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • We don’t offer Childcare so if you plan on bringing your child/children they have to be under an adult supervision AT ALL TIMES.

  • Showing Up at the door on the day of the event without making a reservation does not guarantee your participation at the Community Open Mat. It will depend on the number of people attending the event.

  • The Open Houzn is FREE and all teams are welcome regardless of school affiliation, and ages 6+.
