What You’ll Learn

This is not about being “tough.” It’s about being aware, prepared, and decisive.

You’ll learn:

  • Awareness-to-action habits (how to notice early signals and respond sooner)

  • Boundary setting and verbal skills (clear, confident communication)

  • Safer movement basics (distance, positioning, getting to a safer place)

  • Simple, repeatable techniques designed for real-world stress

  • How to stay calm under pressure with coached drills that build control over time

  • Everyday scenarios (like walking to your car, entering your home, public spaces)

Everything is taught with an emphasis on control, safety, and progressive learning—so you build confidence step by step.

What to Expect

If you’re worried about looking foolish, being judged, or not “keeping up,” this program is built for you.

Your first class will feel like:

  • A clear walkthrough (where to go, what to do, how class flows)

  • Coaching that prioritizes comfort and safety

  • Drills that start simple and scale up at your pace

  • A respectful environment—no ego, no pressure to prove anything

Intensity is managed on purpose: you can opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right, ask questions anytime, and progress through the 6 weeks with structure.

A Clear 6-week Path

(so you always know what’s next)

  • Week 1: Foundations—safety rules, awareness, boundaries, basics

  • Week 2: Movement + decision-making—creating space and getting to safety

  • Week 3: Stress-proofing basics—calm breathing, composure, simple repetition

  • Week 4: Common situations—parking lot, personal space, everyday interactions

  • Week 5: Putting it together—scenario-based practice (controlled and coached)

  • Week 6: Review + confidence check—repeat the essentials and leave with a plan
