Key cues: wrist to mat, elbow tight; hip out; sit up to finish sweep.
Common mistakes: arms extend; cranking shoulder; forgetting head control.
Positional sparring start: closed guard kimura only
To Win: kimura finish or kimura sweep to top.
Full rounds focus rule: Standing start, but once on the ground bottom player must attempt the week’s guard attack first (triangle/loop/omoplata/cross choke, etc.) before switching goals.
